You need internet connection and the psvr connected and on. For sideloading you need an littlstar account (you can register on a pc).
If still not working try to install first EP2870-CUSA06742_00-LITT1ST4RTHEG0AT-A0100-V0118 then this one.

I don't know..It worked for me...5.05fw no PSN ..this is why I shared the link.
