I want to do the same but with the 6.72 firmware.

I have a question regarding this.

When I download the 6.72 file, the extension of the file is. BIN, it must be .PUB right?

Can someone explain me this?

PlayStation 4 firmware is in .PUP format (PlayStation Update Package). Whatever you downloaded it's wrong.

Where did you download the firmware?
