Uncharted Lost Legacy (CUSA07875) dev/debug menu patch fpkg

Made a new dev patch and this time it's for lost legacy (CUSA07875). If you have the same game but with another CUSA-ID then @Modded_Warfare has an easy tutorial on how to mod update files to work with mismatched CUSA-ID's (link to video down below). Big thanks yet again to Vicodin10 over at nextgenupdate for finding all values that needed changing in order to enable the debug menu.

Edit:
-Changed icon and font of the dev menu sticker into the same as the one used in the uncharted 4 icon.
