I have some ROM's I'm not sure what to do with that I had installed back in the day on my WiiU.
Most are a folder named for the game index number and inside .app and .h3 files, title.cert, title.tik, title.cmd
I have these for N64, Gamecube, Wii and WiiU.
I believe I had them in this format to "inject" into WiiU but it's been many years and I don't recall the technical aspects of this.

My goal is to have these usable now on the SteamDeck

How can I get these into a usable format?

On windows I use the wii u emulator Cemu to "install" the folders with those files. Not sure if Cemu has a Linux package but I would assume any Wii U emulator can make use of games in that format.
