You have all the tutorials in the second post of the first page but...
When you see a "Cheats.pkg" marked "Integrated Update", you need to integrate/merge your official update into
your base game.
(You can follow my tuto for that)

Just after, when you have just 1 pkg for the base game with the update integrated/merged inside it than you can
remarry the "Cheats.pkg" with your "Base game with the update integrated/merged inside".

After, install the base game with the update integrated/merged inside on your PS4 (It's just 1 pkg)
...And now install the "Cheats.pkg" you have remarried with the "base game with the update integrated/merged inside" on your PS4.

You can follow all the steps in video on the tutorials of second post of the first page of this thread.
