How would I start porting over a N64 Emulator for the PlayStation 4.

If you launch linux, you can play with the N64 emulator and much more.
...But not in native PS4 pkg emulator for now.

Maybe soon :inlove:

We didn't have one on Ps3 either. From what I've heard the reason they couldn't do it on Ps3 was because of either OpenGL or the cell processor was too complicated to program and that would have required rewriting the whole of the dynamic recompiler. That could be entirely wrong but I personally can't see it happening.
