I don't know specifically about this exact bundle but if you are good at google searching, I am sure you will find the answer. There are sites and pages dedicated to this information that I should not link to here. Make sure you also verify region of console, and that the console is new/sealed.
Sometimes if its not coming from a retail store, it could have been opened and updated before you get it.

Ok. I was able to determine this:
Destiny 2 was released on September 6, 2017
Firmware 5.50 (the very next firmware after 5.05) was March 8, 2018
I would say this is a big enough gap that you can very safely assume this console bundle is 5.05 or less (as long as this PS4 is actually SEALED, with the game inside the console box (some bundles are external game pack ins)
