Update, been trying it over the last few days and as of today its working again.
no idea why but it is.

Edit, worked last night once i passed the loading screen it was good all night, turned on the system today and its not working again.

Stopped working for me too since April 1st, having a look over at ps4homebrew on reddit it seems other people have the same issue too.

Let's hope it'll get fixed or randomly work again

Get a cheap Amazon Fire TV stick? It has plenty of performance to watch Netflix, Youtube, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu and etc.
