Use save mounter to mount and copy the save

How are you guys able to get these or are you just transferring them from your own PS4? Not so much this game but other games I would be interested in applying saves that aren't mine, but I only found the thetechgame and the saves are in .bin format. I think those are encrypted and won't work.
