Software to access PS4 remotely on PC!!

Do anyone know a software i can use to access my JB PS4 instead of Remote Play since remote play need a PSN account to connect?

Also what is the software "Modded Warefare" is using in his videos to remote to his HB PS4 if anyone knows?

If you've got a Vita you could use the ReLink. Why would you want the RP on PC in the first place?

It's a good way of being able to play and do other stuff at the same time like you can with normal PC games.

You can’t use Relink if the ps4 has no account.
For now there is no way to remote play if ps4 is not activated.
