U can apply any pc texture mod on sekiro ps4 by going through the following steps.
Wayyy easier, only for goldhen 2.3
What u need
1. texture mod
Go to Nexusmods to download any sekiro pc texture mod. (Ive tried Kakashi, zoro and Trafalgar law mods)

Method 2.
What u need:
1. texture mod
Go to Nexusmods to download any sekiro pc texture mod. (Ive tried Kakashi, zoro and Trafalgar law mods)
2. Patch builder
next u need the patch builder file by modded warfare which will make this process extremely simple
3. The game pkg file and the update file
The texture files have the same file format as the ps4 files and as per my testing, works normally without any need for editing which makes this process very simple.
1.Open the patch builder
2. Select update file and click on extract package
3. Select all and click extract
4. Extract the texture file u downloaded from nexus
5. Copy all the folders in texture file u just extracted
6. Find the same folders in image0. I believe they are in image0>dvdroot folder
7. Click paste and replace all files..
8. Go to patch builder
9. Select image0 and the original game in their respective slot
10. Set update to sometime like 1.07
11. Rename the original update and keep it safe
12. Click build package to make the modded sekiro update
Thats about it.
Install this update over the base game in ps4 and the mod should work just fine
If patch builder doesn't work, u can use fake pkg tools to extract and then repack the file
if anyone else figure out how to make gameplay mods work, please let us know..
Warning: only texture mods work with this method. Gameplay mods, custom audio mods etc. Crash the game. Donot try them unless u know how to make them work
