i Tried nopsn media player pkg but it lag and unplayable

at the moment it would be plex as the possible solution i believe. i am unaware of anything that can do it via usb. least not to my liking. i would love something similar to showtime/xbmc on ps4.

can you play youtube videos at 4k 60 fps?, if that works maybe thats a way to go around. upload your video and set it private.
